I like the chair pictured with the desk. Can i buy one of these too?

We know the chair is awesome, but unfortunately we do not stock the chair in the pictures, only the desks. We do sell an ergonomic office chair though!

Do I have to have to keep the top shelf on?

This is another reason why our product is so great. If you don't want or need to top shelf, then just leave it off. It won't compromise the structure or sturdiness of your desk. We will even supply you with 2 pegs to place over the cutouts so your desk will still look amazing!

When will my online order be ready for collection or delivery?

All of our items are Made to Order. Production lead time is usually within 7-10 business days.

Our staff will contact you via email as soon as your order is ready for collection or delivery. Please check your spam/junk folder in case our emails find their way into this folder.

Because we use a third party courier to deliver your desk, there may be a requirement for you to be home to accept the packages upon delivery. If you are not home, a card will be left for you by the courier company to arrange for delivery at a time that suits you better.

Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. Foxwood Joinery can assume no liability in such cases.

We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on weekends or public holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

I've changed my mind. Can i update my order?

As long as your order is not in production, you will be able to update your order. By doing this though, the date for collection or delivery may be delayed as we need to reschedule your updated order back into our production schedule.

Do you ship anywhere in Australia?

Yes. We ship to any location in Australia. All delivery to all state metro areas and Victorian Regional locations, you can select the relevant shipping in the checkout. If you are outside of the metro region in your state (excluding VIC) please email sales@foxwoodjoinery.com.au for a customized shipping rate.

What happens if an item is missing/damaged from my order?

In the case that we have missed an item from your order, or that an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement for you as soon as possible.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us immediately and we will organise for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible at no cost to you. 

What is your returns policy?

Returns or refunds due to change of mind is not accepted.

If you believe the product you have received is faulty, please email sales@foxwoodjoinery.com.au and provide your name, order number, a description of the faulty item and a photo to accompany your email.

Foxwood Joinery will arrange for the assessment of the product to determine the nature and cause of the fault. Foxwood Joinery reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
